Just now because we are special. It's because of Your grace that abounds, Lord. We're not better off than those who started the year. And have now lived to see November. It is all by your grace and Holy Father. not because we ate well, it's not because we exercise, it's not because we are righteous or body. It's just because of your mercy and your grace, O Lord. And so here we are on this 1st Friday, just to say thank you, heavenly Father. For keeping us alone in our families, alive, delivering us from the hands of the enemy of God. and give us the breath of life, heavenly Father. We yearn and we desire to hear from you this morning. Speak to us, Lord, on your spirit, on your power. I may we now leave here the same, in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. If someone can turn with me and open and get ready to read from 2 Corinthians 10:3-4. You can read from the Bible, you can give someone a microphone. Hallelujah. We're gonna have a great time in the house of God today, like we always do, hallelujah. So just be attentive and be ready. Because 2 Corinthians 10:3-4. We are human, but we do not wage war as humans do. We use God's mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning, and to destroy all arguments. Hallelujah. I like the reason I like the version. I like the energy. Let's do it again. Let's do the game. Camille, take notes, when the microphone comes to you, I need the same energy or more. We are human, but we do not wage war as humans do. We use God's mighty weapons, not worldly weapons. To knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. Hallelujah. We are humans, but we did not wage war like humans do. Hallelujah. This version says, for though we walk in the flesh, we do not walk after the flesh, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. But mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Hallelujah. With the help of the Holy Spirit, I'm gonna try to address this subject of spiritual warfare. It is a subject that has been addressed by many, and fortunately, sometimes, unfortunately, sometimes, we take it to the extremes, right? So you can have folks that take it to the extreme where everything is about the enemy, everything is about the devil, everything is about demons, and they're consistently lifting every rock to look for a demon, and everything that happens can never be physical, and there's always a demon behind everything. You have that extreme, and you have the other extreme where you just get fed up, and you're like, You know what? God has put me here on Earth. This is Earth, there is nothing that is happening in the spiritual. What I see is what I get, and if it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen. Que sera, sera (whatever will be, will be)—there is no need to worry. There's the other extreme. But I want you to come closer to the balance view. Sometimes they balance view. To a balanced view of spiritual warfare. If you go through this reading again, it says, we walk in the flesh, but we do not war after the flesh. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are mighty through God. And in this season, in this age, in this region, one thing that has become so common for you and I, unfortunately, is warfare. Whether you like it or not, you are in it. And it is happening around you, and it is affecting you. And wherever you are in the globe right now, as we speak, every single individual is being affected by what is happening in the Middle East. And it is imperative, it is important now to act in oblivion and not to neglect and be like, you know what, I'm okay. Nothing is going on. Whether you're in Saudi Arabia, are you in Kenya, are you in the U.S.? Are you in New Guinea? Or you in, I don't know, it's early on, just name it. India, Brazil, Argentina, wherever you are. Someway, somehow, what is happening is affecting you. And so you need to understand what is happening. It is better to understand and to acknowledge what is happening, and to strategize, and to live and neglect, and to be passionate about what is happening. I want to entreat you that there is a warfare that is much more dangerous, much, much, more dangerous, much, much more impactful. And what you and I are seeing and experiencing. in the Middle East. What is happening between Iran and the U.S. and Israel and all of this, Lebanon and Palestine and blah, blah, blah. is nowhere near, nowhere near what is happening in the spirit. There are 4 things that we're gonna set as the foundation for this journey, by the way, I've never had a series on spiritual warfare. This is the 1st series ever that the Holy Spirit is prompting me to do on spiritual warfare. Probably gonna have 4 or 5 different sessions. So sit down and enjoy the flight. It's gonna be a very long flight. Hallelujah. But I believe when we are done, you're gonna walk away being blessed. Yeah. Hallelujah. If you're planning to miss a Friday service for the next 4 or 5 Fridays, please change your plans. You don't want to miss this. And if you have to be away, make sure that you're down in and off of technology, you can dally in and watch the service, because you don't want to miss any of what God is going to impress being. It's been a great journey, getting these pieces of slides together. been a learning journey. And every single time I read every single verse, in here, the Holy Spirit is bringing something very new and very unique, and I believe you're gonna be blessed. hallelujah. Four things that we're gonna seek to establish this morning, number one, there is a war. Hallelujah. Number one, there is a war, whether you like it or not, there is a war. Number two, there is an enemy. See, there is an enemy. Number three, there is a victor. Number four, there is a responsibility. Hallelujah. If you get these four things down, you're gonna understand what spiritual warfare is. And one there is a war, two there is an enemy. Number three, there is a victor, and number four, there is a responsibility. Four things must be joined jointly understood. Clearly understood, clearly explains, supported with scriptures. I'm going to bombard you with many verses from the Bible. Because when you handle such a very sensitive subject, it cannot be based on your opinion. Because if you go by your opinion, then you just go all over the place. It's just empty chaff. It has to be supported and backed by scripture. Hallelujah. Rightly dividing the word of truth, and explaining and expounding what this very important subject is that affects you and I, whether you like it or not. I'm gonna take you into the Bible, and we're gonna read our 1st reading. From Revelation chapter 12. There is a war. Bible says that war broke out in heaven. You can just pause there for just 2 weeks. War broke out in heaven. Let that sink in. The place where God dwells. War broke out in heaven, the place where the omnipresent, omniscient, all-powerful God lives. Bible is saying, war broke out in heaven. You did not say war is gonna break out. He said, what broke out, something happened? Maybe, maybe, maybe, many, many years ago, exactly when it happened. We do not know. But this thing happened many, many, many, many years ago, many years ago, I believe, before God said, let there be light. This happened many, many, many years ago. Millions and millions of years ago. Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon. The dragon and his angels fought back, but he was not strong enough. Hallelujah. Oh, I didn't get an amen on this one. Yeah. But he was not strong enough. And they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled down to the earth. And his angels with him. Whether you like it or not, whether you know about it or not, whether you acknowledge it or not, there is a war. And the Bible is saying, The war, that we're talking about, how the starting point, the epicenter was right in heaven. That is where it started from. And it was between somebody and his angels who rose up against Almighty God, and Almighty God did not necessarily fight this person. It was Archangel, Michael, and his angels, and the Bible is saying that the enemy and his angels were not even a match for Archangel, Michael, not God, not God. Just get that down. It's not, it's not. It doesn't have a match. You get what I mean? If they put God in the ring, nobody's coming in. There's not, like, there's a fight between God and somebody else, 'cause if you're living next to anybody else, there's not, there's no comparison, okay? And so this battle is not between Lucifer. Oh, it's not between Satan and God, it's between him and Archangel Michael and his angels. God was like, just go keep him in check for me. There is a war. I want to take you to Ezekiel. Ezekiel, does a really great job explaining, shutting a little bit of light on what is happening here in Revelation chapter 12. If we go to Ezekiel chapter 28, Ezekiel chapter 28, and we're gonna jump around. Okay, so bear with me. We have a huge canvas, and we are going to paint on it, we may stop paint here, we jump here, by the end of the day, we're gonna have a really great picture. Ezekiel chapter 28, okay? Son of man, take up a lamentation concerning the king of Tyre, and say to him, If you read this, you think God is talking to a specific person or a king. But listen, as we read along, this is what the sovereign Lord says. You were the seal of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, a garden of God. We gonna come back to this. You were in Eden, the garden of God, and every precious stone adorns you. carnelian, chrysolite, and emerald, topaz, onyx, and jasper, lapis lazuli, turquoise, and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made of gold, on the day you were created. They were prepared for you. You were anointed as a guardian cherub. For so, I ordained you, said the Lord. You were on the holy mountain of God, you were on the holy mountain of God. You walk among the fiery stones, and you are blameless in your ways from the day you were created. So iniquity was found in you. Through your widespread trade, you were filled with violence, and you sinned. So I drove you in disgrace from the mount of God and expelled you, O guardian cherub, from among the fiery stones. Your heart became proud on account of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor. So I threw you out to the earth, and I made a spectacle of you before kings. By your many sins and dishonest trade, you have desecrated your sanctuaries. So I made a fire come out from you. and consumed you, and I reduced you to ashes on the ground, in the sight of all who are watching. All the nations who knew you were appalled at you, all the nations who knew you, were appalled at you. You have come to a horrible end, and will be no more. This is a very, very intense reading. In Ezekiel chapter 28, directly connected to what we just read in Revelation chapter 12. And it's giving you insight about how this war started. The war that you and I are a part of, how it started. Who is against who, and where did they start from, and why did it start? The sin of this war was driven by pride. God is saying that I made you, by the way, the enemy was created, if you notice that? And I created you and I formed you, but it really filled your heart. And so I had to cast you out of my presence, and so there is a war, and there is an enemy. Hallelujah. When you read Ezekiel chapter 28, it is important, even in Revelation chapter 12, you need to understand some things have happened, some things that happen, and some things will happen. You need to have this understanding that not everything in Revelation chapter 12 is done. Now they're written in Ezekiel chapter 28 has already happened. Some have happened, some are happening, and some will happen, how they do it. And so there is a war, and there is an enemy. And this enemy, the Bible says in Ezekiel 28, verse 13, says, you were in Eden, the garden, of God. You were in Eden, the garden of God. This person was displaced from where God had placed them to another place where he did not necessarily belong, because of pride, because of disobedience, God had to cast someone out of his place in heaven all the way down to the earth. There is a war, and there is an enemy. And the enemy, hello, the Bible is saying very clearly, was not cast down to Jupiter or Saturn. It's a little old blue earth. Hello? As to why he was cast down here, I don't know. But something happened in that God brought him here on Earth. And God. Thank you, Holy Spirit. is gonna use the same earth that he cast him on to destroy him. The earth. And so God came to earth, where he has cast the enemy into the earth, and he starts to do something with the earth. You read before in Ezekiel, how this being was created, so supreme, so majestic. How shameful will it be for such a being made of gold, made of all these minerals, to be destroyed by dust? And so God cast him to the dust, and God comes back to the dust, and starts to form something out of the dust, and he exhales the breath of life into that dust, and says, I'm gonna use this dust. That is why he cast him on Earth, Earth is dust. We are the artist. That is why the enemy hates you and I. You know, many say, Oh, I'm not gonna bother the devil. I'm just gonna stay in my lane. You know, we have this mindset, you know? Oh, don't touch a sleeping lion. Oh, let a sleeping lion sleep, and you will be fine. I wanna awaken you with this reading. First, Peter chapter 5, verse 8, we know it so well. Be sober. Be vigilant. Because your adversary, the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom you may devour. Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary, the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour, just staying with me, bear with me. This is not a sermon to lift the enemy. This is not a sermon to scare you. This is a sermon to bring you to truth, to tell your neighbor, just bear with him. Be sober, be vigilant, be, because your adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We go to the NLT, it says, stay alert. Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. So it's not enough to say, I'm not gonna, you know, bother the enemy. The enemy is not sleeping. The enemy is looking, moving around, seeking whom he may devour. And if you've ever seen an animal kingdom, a lion will always stalk its prey, and will look for the one that is not in the pack. looking to devour. So you can say, Oh, I'm gonna just get a little bit of sip. Guys, I'll be back. I'm going over to the lake, instead of galloping your way to the lake. What a beautiful day, bright and sunny days. Everything is nice. Everything is dandy. Unaware of your surrounding. Not knowing what is waiting for you. This is not pastor, it is, the Bible saying, There is an enemy prowling around your family, prowling around your finances, prowling around, your health, probably around, your life whether you like it or not. And it has only one intention to devour, to devour, to devour the earth, that has been put together, to destroy him. That is the ultimate plan of God. You rose up against me, you are created. I'm gonna cast you down to something that is nothing, and I'm gonna put life into that something that is nothing, that is so beneath how I formed you. And I'm gonna show you what I can do with nothing by my power and by the breadth of a life that I place in nothing. And so you and I have caught up... in something that started from long ago. Hallelujah. And it may sound so confusing, and it may sound so overwhelming. But there's a joy to it. Hallelujah. Maybe you're starting to think, Oh, if you have a fight, why didn't you keep me out of your fight, God? Why, you put me in the middle of your fight? Oh, God. 2 Corinthians 2:11. so that we may not be taking advantage of by Satan. For we are not ignorant of his schemes. Other versions will say, we are not ignorant of his devices. So do not be taken advantage of by saying. And yes, not everything is Satan driven, not everything is demon driven. I did not believe in them. But when do you know when you're being taken advantage of? Says, so that we may not be taken advantage of by Satan, it means you can be taken advantage of, I'm saying, since you've not been taken advantage of by Satan, so we are not ignorant of this scheme, this person has schemes and has traps. and has devices. And Paul is saying, let us now be taken advantage of by him. As a husband, as a wife, as a family, as a single mom, as an employee, as whoever, as a young man, as a young woman. Says, do not be taken advantage of, and do not be ignorant. Don't live in ignorance. Don't walk around, not knowing. Don't live in oblivion, not understanding your spiritual environment because he's saying there is somebody that is lurking around consistently looking. And we need to be alert, we need to be vigilant. Hallelujah. There is a war, there is an enemy. We got that? But there is a victor. Hallelujah. This supremacy of Jesus Christ. The supremacy of Jesus Christ. The supremacy of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Bible says, even though he was God, He did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but he humbled himself when he found himself in the form of man, even onto the wood of the cross, and so the Most High has highly lifted him up and given him a name that is over and above every other name that at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow at every tongue, will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, the glory of God, the Father, the supremacy of Jesus. It just, it just has to resound in you. Hallelujah. I want us to go in to Ephesians, and if you get time this month, just spend time in Ephesians, just try to a few challenges in Ephesians, just start from the 1st chapter, and just read through, but I want to go through the 20th verse in the 1st chapter. Ephesians, he that is God raised Christ Jesus from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule, all authority, all power, all dominions, and every name, that is invoke, or that is named, not only in the present age, but also in the one that is to come, and God placed all things under His feet and appointed him to be head over everything even in the church, which is his body, the fullness of him. who fills everything in every way. Hallelujah. Far above all rule, all authority, God lifted him above every power. He cannot address this subject of spiritual warfare without addressing the supremacy of Jesus Christ. It is his supremacy. It is his victory that we live in. Hallelujah. Bible says that God sent him out as the son of obedience. Where disobedient rule God sent his son as the son of obedience, to come down in the form of earth. Just think about it. We talked before earlier on about how God is gonna use the earth to defeat the enemy. And so he sends his son to be wrapped up in the same earth. He went on the cross, and the enemy tried to destroy this earth. But this threat resurrected again on the 3rd day, and he went up into heaven with the earth-suit (glorified body). In a more victorious form, and the Bible says that he is seated at the right hand of God, and you and I are reigning through Him. Hallelujah. There is a war, there is an enemy, but there is a victor. He did not say God will seat him. He says he has ceded him far above. So, my, let's wait for the rapture, let's wait for the judgment day, and then this will happen. No. Bible is saying, God has already seated Christ Jesus, but above every principality, every power, every demon, every witch doctor, every person you can think about and threatens your life. The Bible is saying God has already seated Christ Jesus above this person. How do we have? And when he seated him, the Bible says that he led captivity captive. Oh hallelujah. He led captivity captive, and I want you to see this clearly. Hallelujah. In Ephesians chapter 4, verse 8, Honest to start with the NKJB. Therefore, he says, when he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and give gifts to all men. And I was looking for different versions that can really do justice to this verse. And I found this version, the GOD'S WORD Translation. This is how it says, we can read them. When he went to the highest place, he, that is Jesus Christ, took captive those who had captured us. Hallelujah, and gave gifts to people, gifts to all men. And so the act on the cross, when Christ went on the cross and he hanged, and he gave us the victory. The Bible is saying, He captured those who have captured us. That is why the tombs were opened, and they could see men who had died for many, many years, rising up, 'cause they had come out of Sheol, they had come out of the grip of the enemy, of death, of sin and of Hades. They had come out of the grip of Satan, and Christ was leading them to victory. And not only was he leading them to victory, he had captured those who held them captive. And so It is a done deal. It is a done deal. This thing about spiritual warfare is not something that we are gonna do. It is a done deal. It is something that has already been accomplished over 2000 years ago through the blood of our Lord and Master Jesus Christ. Hallelujah. Now, the question is this. If that is the case, then why are we going through all that we're going through? What are we going through the struggles that we go through? Why is that happening to my son? Why is that happening to my daughter? Why is that happening to my wife? Why is that happening to my job? Why is that happening to my health? If we have the victory, then why is why all these things happening? Why all the defeats? And you walk around, and you claim I'm a Christian. I'm a believer, but there's a part of you that is, you know, wandering and questioning so many things. Spiritual warfare is claiming victory through the finished work of Christ Jesus. If you ask me to define spiritual warfare, spiritual warfare, there's you and I claiming victory through the finished work of Christ Jesus. It means I'm not gonna go into the ring and find the opponent. I'm not gonna go into the ring and find the enemy. I'm gonna claim the victory that has already been granted me. The victory has already been given me, and this is where many of us fail. This is what many of us feel. We are no match for the enemy. without the power of God. We are no match for the enemy. without Christ. We are no match for the evil one, but on the power of his spirit. By ourselves, we fail. But when you stand in the victory, that Christ has given you. Then the enemy is no match for you, because you're not coming in in your name. But the sadness, we did not know, or we did not sometimes understand the constitution of the victory that he has given us. Together with the victory that Christ gave us, was a constitution to enforce this victory. Spiritual warfare is a law enforcement enforcement activity. Every nation sets rules that will govern the nation, and the cities in the nation. And when they set these rules, they send out people who are called law enforcement officers. And they tell them, I need you to go out there and force these laws. There is a war, there is an enemy, there is a Victor, but there is also a responsibility for you and I. And this is where we're gonna spend most of the time talking about spiritual warfare, why? Because 1st and foremost, we need to understand what is the responsibility that we have, what are the limits that are real for this journey? And this activity that we engage in called spiritual warfare. There is a constitution, a constitution, that you and I need to enforce. And so if I go on my knees in prayer, what am I doing? I'm engaging in what is called a law enforcement activity. We read in Matthew chapter 4, and also in the book of Mark, when the enemy came to tempt Christ Jesus. He was in a wilderness, he was fastened for 40 days. He was very weary. And here comes the grand finale, the main battle between Jesus face to face with the enemy. What was the battle like? What were they using? Whether he's an AK 47? Where they're using ballistic missiles? How was that battle like? Face to face? Ladies in boxing gloves? George Foreman and Muhammad Ali. What was that better like? How did our master Jesus Christ engage in spiritual warfare? It is written. It is written. It is written. It is written. If he will spend the first 30 years of his life, because at age 12, we know where he was, engaging with the Pharisees in the temple, on the Word of God. For the 1st 30 years, he would wait and invest time into the Constitution to understand every bit of the Constitution. And then for the remaining three years or three and a half years, it will come in to face the enemy. with the Constitution in his hand. That is why you never fall asleep when you watch on Netflix. That is why you never blink when you're on social media. But the moment you pick their constitution... All the demons from hell... start to blow a cool breeze over your eyelids. And then slumber starts to set in. No, no, no. Because I know that. Because I know about that. Keep them away from them. Just picture a young boy begging on the streets. Whose father has left him an inheritance? With millions? Yet a demonic uncle somewhere is holding a key to this inheritance. And saying, I need that boy to continue suffering. And nobody should ever allow me to know about this inheritance that he has. Lest he becomes free, and walk in the true riches that God has given him. That's why the Bible says so that we may know what has been freely given unto us by God. He's given us his spirit so that we may know what has been freely given unto us by God. The enemy has nothing. The enemy borrows and snatches from what we have. It utilizes what you and I have. And the less you know about the victory and the Constitution that God has given you, and the inheritance that he has given you, an eye. The more the enemy will have victory over you and I. Most of the readings and the scriptures that Paul wrote, he wrote them from a place of captivity. So what kind of victory was he describing? From the place of prison? what kind of victory was he describing? If you go back to that same chapter in Revelation 12:11, say, they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they did not value their lives, even after death. They came to a point when it was all about Jesus. They were not necessarily influenced by life or death. Money in a bank account or no money in a bank account. Good health or bad health. They came to a point where they were just gone. It's not about me necessarily winning in every time, but we think of spiritual warfare, we think, oh, I'm going through a battle. I'm going through a battle because, you know, I'm facing challenges in business. I'm facing challenges, I'm working. I'm facing challenges in my marriage. going through a spiritual battle. Everybody pray for me. going through a spiritual battle. It may or may not be a spiritual battle. Hallelujah. It may or may not be a spiritual power. But the greatest foundation, as I bring this message to a close for phase one, the greatest foundation that needs to be established in you and I. The finished work of Christ, Jesus, on the cross. The supremacy of Christ Jesus, the victory that he has given you an eye. If I go out, I remember one day, I woke up in the morning, I had my quiet time, I prayed, I got an Abubakasi deep road, driving, happy, moving from nowhere comes this huge Toyota SUV. Dude, there is a... there are no barely any cars on the road. I was like, Oh, my God. And you go back and say, But I prayed, I read a Bible, worshiping, Hallelujah. From nowhere, just why did that happen? Why? I want to tell you something. When it comes to spiritual warfare, don't try to explain everything that happens to you. Please. That's where we make many mistakes. Even as pastors, when someone come to you, and the person starts to talk pastor, my family's going through this, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm going through this, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The easiest way out? Oh, that's the enemy. That's the easiest way out. That's the enemy. Me, or may not be. Hallelujah. I went to the hospital the other day. Doctor is, like... Is everything okay with you? Said, yes. Is there anything I need in Chin? You haven't any pain said no? So then why are you here? I want you to check me. Draw some blood, let's see what's going on in that red little guy. Is it okay? This friend is down, just went downstairs, just throw some blood, and just get the results, and then see what's going on here. It is wisdom to take some steps on your part and on my part. Hallelujah. Listen, you're sitting down, then all of a sudden, it's time to get really sick, and go to the hospital, and the doctor's like, Oh, wow. Your cholesterol is so high, we have to put your medication. Oh, pastor, I have an attack. From the end, I knew it, I knew it, from the day I got this new job. But you could have eaten fewer French fries. You could have gone to the doctor's gay or blood checked? Now, change your lifestyle. A little bit how you eat a little bit. So I've gone by the speed limit, stayed in your lane. It's not all about the enemy. No. We have a responsibility. And Christians, we hate that word. We hate that word responsibility, because we want to put it all on Christ and put the rest on the enemy. Hallelujah. It never falls in our bucket. We have to put it in that bucket for price. After all, he said if we have any burden, we should come to him, or we who are heavy laden. Oh, we throw it at the enemy. No. 101 spiritual warfare, you and I have a responsibility. Not everything is driven by demons. And everything is driven by the devil. We know there is a war, we know there is an enemy, and we sure do know there is a victor. We take our place in him, and our victory is in what He has already finished, and we stand there, we profess this victory, but we also have a responsibility every single day, accomplish you all for taking the time to come in here to church. Because you know I have a part to play. I cannot just sit at home and say it is all done. In the midst of the chaos, I'm gonna put on my clothes, my kids, we're gonna go to church. We're gonna praise and worship our God. We gonna put ourselves in that environment of worship. But the part of the Holy Spirit is going to be made manifest because we have a responsibility. Hallelujah. And we need to understand this, because sometimes I don't feel like I want to read a Bible, I'll be honest with you. I wake up in the morning, you know, so many things to do, you just want to go out, and attack the day, and check off your to do's, be like, yes. But you have to bring the body. Have you ever done that? You bring the body to its knees. You put the Bible before you and say, You have to win this. And you start to read gradually. Then after two, three verses, you start to get excited, excited. Oh, thank you, Holy Spirit. As I bring the message to a close on spiritual warfare, I need us to understand that God has called us to a victorious life, filled with joy based on the victory that He has given us, filled with challenges. But also filled with responsibility. How did we have? When we look at everything that is happening around us, it's easy to point the enemy. But we have a responsibility, and tonight, we're gonna exercise one of those responsibilities by coming together for the very 1st prayer night as a church. We saw the post on WhatsApp, we did not get as many responses. No, not this one, this one, yes. From 10 PM to 9, the very 1st Friday of November to 1230 AM, we gathering together. What are we gonna do? Take victory in the finished work of Christ, Jesus. Hallelujah. There is nobody here leading. We're gonna have the lights down, we're gonna play some worship music, we're gonna make our chairs away, and we're gonna just pray. Tarry in His presence for two and a half hours. We gonna be in experiences. Hallelujah. Praying, spending time with him. Why? Because you and I have a responsibility. And we have to stand in the finished work of Christ Jesus. We don't do that by lying on our couch. We're gonna come together, and I know we did not get many likes, when the post went out. We've already come to church anyway in the morning. Why do we have to come back again at 10 p.m.? See you next week. I will encourage all of you to be here tonight. 10 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. We're gonna cross over into the next day. share the grace, there we go for nothing dramatic. Just gonna have music going on. Hallelujah, if you want to walk around, you walk around, if you want to kneel down, you kneel down, if you want to lie down, you lie down. You want to pray loud, you pray loud, you want to pray quietly, and pray quietly. But within those 2.5 hours, you want to spend time in the presence of God. I said, church, we come in together for this. We're not gonna attack the enemy. We're gonna keep our eyes on him, Shaka Sohadi. We're gonna keep our eyes on him who has already finished the word. And we're gonna profess our faith in him and declare it the finished work of Christ Jesus and the victory that he's already given us. We can declaim this light in our lives. Hallelujah. And so I'll entreat you all to come. Tonight, I'll be happy to see all of you. Be casual, be relaxed, bring their kids. Hallelujah. We gonna spend time in His presence. God bless Lord, shall we rise as we pray? Hallelujah. This may not be the easiest of all sermons for you to receive. But this is a very timely and a very necessary sermon. We are not ignorant of the war, of the enemy, of the victory, and of our responsibility. For the next one minute, why don't you just pray, and ask the Holy Spirit, dear Holy Spirit, strengthen me? Plates me right in the victory that Christ has already given me. Grant me clarity concerning this subject of spiritual warfare. Wherever I failed in the past, I pray, O Lord, that you will help me and strengthen me in the future. From this very day onward, I pray, Heavenly Father, for divine understanding and divine strength. Just pray in us, God. Pray. For many times that we have downed the finished work of Christ, for many times, O God, that we fail to rightfully address, in our own lives, different challenges of what, in a spirit. We come before you, heavenly Father, with a heart of repentance, and we pray, Father, Lord, that you will strengthen us. Strengthen us to have faith in the finished work of Christ. Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord. Give us the wisdom and understand it that we need in this season. to walk in total victory in that which Christ has accomplished for us on the cross. And for those of us going through challenges, O Lord, We pray, heavenly Father, right now, and we declare the victory of Christ over every attack and every work of the enemy. Concerning our family, concerning our church, concerning our finances, concerning our ministries, concerning our health, we pray for total victory in the mighty name of Jesus. We prevail over every work of the enemy, but when you climb through Christ, we have victorious in Jesus' mighty name. Amen. Amen. We're gonna pray in the back room if you need to pray or agree on anything, you can come over in the back room. And we'll pray to get a town this year.
